The Accessible Education Database is a catalogue listing of captioned educational DVDs and online material. This resource continues to grow over time.
Captioned DVDs cannot be sourced directly from this site – but we have great links to help you locate your resource.
Media Access Australia has nominated National Library of Australia (NLA) as the most reliable, consistent and abundant source of captioned content in the country. Currently the NLA houses 44,147 captioned items.

Directions for sourcing captioned content
With the database you can:

Find information about hundreds of captioned educational titles updated regularly, including subject areas such as English, Science, Mathematics, Geography, History and Commerce.

Find out how to source these captioned titles, for example, through Libraries Australia and other reliable sources

Help build the database by adding titles or providing useful keywords, to help other teachers find captioned curriculum support materials.
